Ep 54. Friendship Cycles

I don't want to romanticize anything about loosing friends, or watching them go or grow apart. There is nothing fun in that, and often it's not talked about.

I once heard long ago that friends come and go into you life for a reason, and I think it's true. People grow apart, in no better way than the other because we are all in our own path. I used to fear being alone, or more lonely, but not anymore.

I reflect on my process of weighing my friendships, in which ones I have given more of myself, too much of myself or also too little. It takes two to tango and we may often be forgetting of the people that have been there a lot.

Reach out to that one friend that pops in your head as I talk on this episode.

Mucho love to all
