Ep 60. Training body and mind to do hard things w/ Hugo Bustamante
Kuky by far was one of the best athletes in school. He went on to study in Florida and continue his swimming career.
En este episodio hablamos de what it took to become who he is today. Todas esas mañanas madrugando para entrenar antes de entrar al colegio, su competitive nature, y su autoexigencia. He always strived to get better and be better. Being a captain, comes with an ability to motivate, to inspire, to believe in his team and their success. We talk about a book by David Goggins: Can't Hurt Me, his ability to persevere despite the doubt. His honesty, with me, but specially in the relationship with himself is something that has taken him far in life. Getting real with yourself, what your problems, fears and doubts are, and doing something about it is a game changer. His experience has taught him that he has what it takes to accomplish and do hard things. It's all about training the body and the mind.
Hoy tiene un projecto en mejorar los uniformes de deporte que puedan tener los niños en Chile, inspirado en la calidad de uniformes que tienen en Estados unidos con alianzas como Nike y Under Armour. Entre otras cosas también follow a path in digital marketing and continue traveling while making YouTube videos.
